This full-time role provides direct respiratory care per physician orders and partners with physicians and nursing staff to support individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree, WA RCP license, and BLS. Strong ventilator management, patient assessment, and emergency response skills are essential, with experience in acute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory care or equivalent.
• WA Respiratory Care Practitioner license required on hire.
• BLS certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services based on orders and care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff for interventions.
• Operate and monitor ventilators and related equipment.
• Perform respiratory assessments and diagnostic procedures.
• Administer oxygen therapy and related treatments.
• Assist with emergency respiratory interventions.
• Complete department orientation and unit-specific training.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Support additional patient care functions within licensure scope.
