Qualifications

• Expertise in statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP) for process optimization.
• Track record of achieving significant, measurable financial savings through Six Sigma projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and project management.
• Utilize statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to implement sustainable process changes.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Monitor KPIs to track progress and align with organizational goals.
