• Proven track record of cost savings, efficiency gains, or quality improvements in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding and application of Lean principles and tools.
• Experience mentoring Green Belts and project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering financial savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies and waste.
• Develop and implement statistical process controls and other quality assurance measures to sustain improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Utilize statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP) to analyze data and drive data-driven decisions.
