Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
• 2+ years in a technical or process-improvement role (Six Sigma or similar).
• 2+ years of experience working with large data sets using Excel or a database language.
• 1+ years deriving business insights from datasets and solving problems.
• 1+ years improving business workflows and processes.
• 1+ years collaborating with internal and/or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• SIU Operations & Incident Response: conduct SIU intake, triage, and research; provide rapid root cause analysis.
• Risk Mitigation & Problem Resolution: identify risks and investigate to inform solutions.
• Stakeholder Feedback & Solutions: scope, prioritize, and implement solutions from partner feedback.
• Data Analysis & Technical Requirements: use data tools to produce insights and translate into requirements.
• Proactive Improvement: use submissions, data mining, and monitoring to identify opportunities.
• Operational Organization: maintain records, secure storage, and documentation.
• Project & Process Management: coordinate projects to meet SLAs and milestones.
• Cost Optimization & Compliance: reduce costs while ensuring compliant operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
