Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Chief of Support to lead SCN operations at a New Boston, NH site under the STORMS contract. The COS directs maintenance, logistics, engineering coordination, and mission support activities to ensure readiness and compliance with PWS, TOs, and DoD directives.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current active secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business or Operations.
• Minimum five years of AFSCN or equivalent satellite operations experience.
• Experience supervising technical personnel in a Government/DoD environment.
• Experience supporting maintenance, logistics, engineering, or satellite communications operations.
• Experience working with Government customers and military personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance, logistics, engineering, and site support activities for SCN operations.
• Supervise personnel and ensure compliance with PWS, TOs, OIs, and directives.
• Monitor mission systems, outages, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate Level II/ depot maintenance and PMIs as required.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and status updates for leadership.
