Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, seeks a Field Stock Clerk to support Space Force STORMS operations at New Boston Space Force Station in New Hampshire. You will handle day-to-day logistics, inventory, receiving, and shipping of government property and repair parts to sustain satellite operations.

The role requires a Secret clearance, DoD logistics experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Minimum one year of experience in DoD logistics, warehouse, inventory, or organizational maintenance operations.
• Working knowledge of SBSS/ILS-S or similar DoD logistics systems.
• Knowledge of Government Property Accountability, inventory control, material management, and supply documentation.
• Experience with depot repair processing, PMEL coordination, TMO shipping procedures, or military supply operations preferred.
• Understanding of MICAP processing and supply prioritization.
• Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements.
• Ability to read and follow Technical Orders and logistics documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day logistics, inventory, receiving, shipping, and supply support for maintenance activities.
• Receive, inspect, store, issue, package, preserve, and ship government property and tools per DoD procedures.
• Inspect incoming equipment for damage and required documentation before acceptance.
• Maintain accountability of Government Furnished Property and stock points.
• Process supply transactions using SBSS/ILS-S and other approved systems.
• Track DIFM assets, monitor MICAP requirements, and expedite critical material.
• Research obsolete or difficult-to-source repair parts and coordinate alternatives.
• Assist with depot repair processing, PMEL coordination, and TMO shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinating transfers or shipments.
• Conduct regular inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain hazardous material inventory records and HazMat compliance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across the installation.
• Ensure repair parts are available to support maintenance schedules.
• Pack and label equipment for shipment per DoD and ESD requirements.
• Maintain logistics documentation for maintenance actions and asset accountability.
• Assist logistics personnel and government offices with supply transactions.
• Support inspections, audits, contingency operations, and surge requirements.
• Respond to logistics requests and maintain an organized operation.
• Comply with Technical Orders and Space Force guidance.
