Job summary

Sky Limit Systems seeks a Senior Manager, Site Supply Chain to lead procurement, planning, inventory and logistics for high-complexity aerospace and defense programs. You will manage a multi-layered team and drive accountability in a matrix organization, delivering performance and compliance with FAR/DFARS ITAR and other standards.

The role requires 10+ years in aerospace/defense supply chains, strong leadership of managers, and a track record of improving on-time delivery and inventory turns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading managers or multi-layered teams in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Purchasing, Materials Planning, and Logistics.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own site-level procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Ensure material availability and seamless flow from suppliers to customers.
• Manage $100M+ annual spend in aerospace and defense programs.
• Align sourcing with operational execution in partnership with Category Management.
• Serve as escalation point for supplier delivery, quality, and performance issues.
• Lead demand and supply planning aligned with production schedules.
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and material availability.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and material handling.
• Ensure safe handling of regulated materials, including energetics.
• Drive program execution with cross-functional teams and audits.
