Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) seeks a Site Superintendent II to lead field operations on multi-family residential projects in Wisconsin. You will coordinate trades, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring junior staff.

In this role you’ll develop look-ahead schedules, manage site documentation, and liaise with project managers and inspectors across diverse sites. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of multi-family building construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Sage Construction Management) and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned multi-family projects.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, materials, and labor to keep on schedule and within plans.
• Maintain site documentation and prepare progress reports for management.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with inspectors and municipal officials.
