Job summary

BOXX Modular is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple project sites, from mobilization to completion, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will manage resources, schedules and budgets, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction as a Site Superintendent, strong communication, blueprint reading, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in construction; modular experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Project.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check; valid driver's license.
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from mobilization through completion.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Oversee issues, risks, and change requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors and project teams to meet milestones.
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure defects are addressed.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain strong client relationships.
