Job summary

USO Building Co./US-Offsite in Redding, CA is hiring a Commercial Site Superintendent to lead field operations from mobilization through closeout on active modular/design-build projects. The role requires directing subcontractors, maintaining the schedule, coordinating modular deliveries and safety compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with field leadership roles
• Experience leading projects from mobilization through closeout
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage field resources

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and manage jobsite execution from mobilization to closeout
• Develop weekly look-ahead schedules and communicate priorities, manpower, deliveries and inspections
• Coordinate subcontractors, field labor, materials, equipment, and logistics to protect milestones
• Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans with the Project Manager
• Coordinate modular deliveries, crane operations, and installation sequencing
• Lead safety program, toolbox talks, site inspections, and emergency planning
• Maintain site security, records, and field documentation; review RFIs and submittals
