This full-time position requires 7–10 years in construction, a high school diploma, and strong collaboration with mortgage services, subcontractors, and staff to meet closing dates and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in construction/contracting or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure houses meet drawings, codes, and company standards.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Services during pre-construction for color selections and update status.
• Support Construction Operations Managers and guide field employees, trade contractors, suppliers, and volunteers.
• Follow up on inspections and walk-throughs; strive for no-defect construction.
• Coordinate building schedules and provide house-specific punch lists.
• Communicate effectively to create a positive environment for the team and homebuyers.
