The role requires strong leadership, daily site inspections, and the ability to manage materials, schedules, and multiple inspections from pre-construction to move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction/contracting or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Senior Site Supervisors to ensure houses are built per drawings and codes.
• Perform daily exterior and interior inspections and address safety and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain safe, clean, and presentable sites.
• Schedule municipal code inspections and coordinate with inspectors.
• Direct field employees, trade contractors, and volunteers.
• Document schedules, deliveries, and material receipts; verify deliveries.
