Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience on Commercial Construction Projects and management of field personnel.
• Ability to prepare detailed construction project plans, schedules, and estimates.
• Capable of reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision over assigned Commercial Projects.
• Work with Project Manager to prepare project schedule and budget.
• Organize safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety policies.
