Job summary

Holland Partner Group is seeking a Site Superintendent II to oversee specific areas of a construction project and support planning to ensure quality, on‑time delivery and budget compliance. You will lead site staff, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain thorough field records on assigned activities from start to finish.

The role requires four years of construction experience, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong knowledge of safety practices and QA programs.

Qualifications

• Four years’ construction related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience as a subcontractor foreman is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site activities and multiple construction phases.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
• Review drawings, specs and QA programs for constructability and compliance.
• Direct site staff and subcontractors; manage safety and quality control.
• Maintain daily/weekly field records and progress reports.
• Ensure inspections occur on schedule and in line with codes.
