TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an experienced Physical Security Leader to oversee site security operations across multiple states and protect our Seattle office. This role manages access control, video management, visitor management, badging operations, and incident response, reporting to the Head of Physical Security.

You will lead security programs, personnel, and crisis management while collaborating with Admin, Real Estate & Facilities, and IT, ensuring safety and security across

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a security management role; 5+ years in corporate security.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, written, and presentation skills; guard license or executive protection certifications a plus.
• Proven track record to handle acute incidents (e.g., medical events, evacuations).
• Experience with Physical Security systems and requirements: access control, alarms, visitor management, incident reporting, SOPs, post orders, patrols.

Responsibilities

• Lead site security operations across multiple sites with cross-functional leaders.
• Oversee security teams, projects, and policies; respond to incidents; liaise with local responders and law enforcement.
• Design and manage scheduling for Physical Security operations and potentially SOC operations; ensure readiness for events and emergencies.
• Serve as lead point-of-contact for Physical Security, crisis management, and incident reporting at the site.
• Coordinate security training onboarding for personnel; build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare well‑written reports and metrics for Security leadership and Executives; support Executive Protection as directed.
