Qualifications

• Minimum 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety Outreach training within 4 years.
• At least 5 years of construction industry experience.
• 24 hours of safety and health coursework within the last 4 hours.
• 3 years experience in managing dredging or construction safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Operator Qualification and Equipment Inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Prepare Activity Hazard Analysis when required.
• Conduct daily field inspections.
• Assist in Incident Case Management to minimize recordables.
• Ensure timely completion of HSE communications.
