Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and operate scalable cloud platforms. You will partner with Engineering, DevOps, Platform, and Security to enforce reliability, performance, and security across critical enterprise apps in a remote-friendly setup.

Lead technical decisions, drive reliability practices, and mentor teams to design resilient services with best-in-class observability and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SRE, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong production support experience in AWS and/or GCP environments.
• Experience operating Kubernetes platforms such as EKS and/or GKE.
• Experience with large-scale cloud migration or modernization programs.
• Proven incident management and production operations expertise.
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliability strategies for distributed systems on AWS and GCP.
• Define and measure SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics for services.
• Build observability solutions with monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerts.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve performance, resiliency, and scalability.
• Automate operational processes to reduce toil with engineering solutions.
• Advise on reliability-focused architecture, capacity planning, and non-functional requirements.
