Qualifications

• 7+ years in Site Reliability / DevOps roles; 3+ years in lead/senior positions.
• Experience managing large-scale production systems and on-call incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain highly available, scalable systems across AWS.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Build internal tools and observability frameworks, and mentor team members.
