Experience with on-call rotations and incident management.
GenAI based applications knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable systems across cloud infrastructure.
Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
Lead incident response and root cause analysis.
Develop monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions.
Collaborate with software teams to improve reliability.
Document runbooks and architectural decisions.
