Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with exposure to network programming and networking protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Cohesity, NetBackup, and Avamar.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
- Solid understanding of load balancers, routing, subnets, and firewalls.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure high availability.
- Implement automation tools and scripting to streamline operations and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and security.
- Provide offshore support and coordinate with offshore teams as needed.
