Job summary

Megaport, a global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), seeks a seasoned SRE to improve reliability and resilience in a remote-first environment across the US. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate for best practices, and ensure robust incident response and postmortems.

With 5+ years of Linux production experience and strong Kubernetes/AWS fundamentals, you will help drive SRE maturity and service quality while aligning with Megaport’s values and distributed team model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Linux systems in production environments.
• Collaborative SRE mindset with familiarity with SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, error budgets, blameless postmortems.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience; AWS strongly preferred.
