Job summary

SoftPro in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for hybrid work in our Cloud Operations Team. You will shape observability, automate infrastructure, and optimize cloud platforms using Azure, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tooling.

You’ll work on highly available, scalable services, partnering with product and engineering to meet SLAs and drive reliability enhancements across the real estate software stack.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Automation using PowerShell, AZ CLI and CI/CD pipelines.
• Linux/Windows administration and cloud compute workloads.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine observability metrics and SLA monitoring.
• Develop and maintain IaC for monitoring and alerting.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and support cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on future direction.
