Job summary
Apple is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for ASE Media SRE in Cupertino, CA. You will operate, monitor and triage production and non-production environments, and design scalable solutions for Apple services. This role requires 5+ years in SRE, a CS degree, and strong Golang and Java skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years in a Site Reliability Engineering or infrastructure-focused role.
- Cloud operations experience, infrastructure-as-a-service (compute, storage, network).
- Proficiency in Golang and Java.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and triage production and non-production environments.
- Design, build, and implement scalable solutions for current and future issues.
- Prepare alert handling procedures, runbooks, and collaborate with off-shore SRE teams.
- Automate deployment and orchestration of services into the cloud environment and other routine processes.
- Participate in capacity planning, scale testing, and disaster-recovery exercises.
- Interact with and support partner teams, including engineering, QA, and program management.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external vendors.
