Position Overview

Title: SVP Technology Staffing

Bonus: 8% annual target bonus

RSUs: $100,000 (vesting over 4 years)

Location: Remote (preferably EST or CST)

Interview Process: 2-3 steps

Team Size: 4 engineers based in the U.S.

On-Call Rotation: About 8–10 hours on weekends every 5–6 weeks. Up to 10 urgent calls per day during shifts, with an additional $20/hour during this time.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and the ELK stack.
• Hybrid background in software development and SRE preferred.
• Security-first mindset—think like an attacker to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to develop new tools from scratch and maintain legacy systems for performance and reliability.

Industry Experience

• Experience at a SaaS company required.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles, especially in high-availability production environments.
