• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on improving system performance, reliability, and observability across a modern cloud environment. You will work closely with SREs and product engineers to reduce operational toil, strengthen database resilience, and support AI-assisted workflows that improve how the team analyzes and reviews code. This is a highly collaborative position with meaningful impact on platform stability, operational efficiency, and engineering productivity.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
