Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks an experienced Corporate Project Manager to oversee major capital investments and MCIP initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety, schedule, and cost performance, and align projects with the corporate strategy.

Responsibilities include executive committee presentations, certification of estimates, and developing project managers. A PMP and 10+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related experience or equivalent.
• PMP Certification required within 18 months of starting.
• Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and estimating.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements and favorable medical examination/testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of large projects across the lifecycle with emphasis on safety, schedule, quality and cost.
• Gaining executive approvals for O&M and capital investments; interact with PRC, NSAC, and GOC as needed.
• Certify estimates across all phases and enforce robust change-control processes.
• Develop and mentor project managers; assess performance and training needs.
• Interface with regulatory bodies (DOE, INPO, NEI, NRC) to obtain approvals.
• Support peer team improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as directed, including emergency response.
