Saiia Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead site operations, safety, scheduling, budget and customer interface on complex projects. The role requires coordinating manpower, equipment and subcontractors to meet company goals.

You'll work within MasTec's CE&I framework, uphold safety regulations, track performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/operations management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead project performance across sales, operations, safety, admin, assets and budget to meet goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team; foster customer, vendor and employee confidence.
• Ensure high quality customer service from the site operations team.
