Job summary

Trillium Construction Services in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Senior Site Superintendent/Manager to lead multi-site shop and field operations for complex construction, fabrication, and installation projects.

You will manage field crews, subcontractors, plan staffing and budgets, ensure safety and schedule adherence, and travel up to 90% to project sites while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience with supervisory or site leadership responsibility.
• Experience with ironworking, structural steel erection, and rigging preferred.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, jobsite logistics, and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Excel and project scheduling, budgeting, or ERP systems.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Rigging, forklift, NFPA 70E, and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Experience with large-scale, complex, or multi-site projects preferred.
• Must be eligible to access ITAR-controlled data: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing, schedules, materials, equipment, budgets, and project milestones.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee material receiving, inventory, deliveries, shipping, and site logistics.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety documentation, and project records.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, unions, customers, and internal leadership.
• Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety requirements; lead regular safety meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure quality installation.
• Provide hands-on technical support and skilled field leadership as needed.
• Travel extensively to project sites—up to 90%.
