Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational leadership, administration and supervision, career and technical education, workforce development, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful, progressively responsible experience in education, including teaching/instructional experience and demonstrated leadership responsibility at the secondary, technical-center, district, or comparable level.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a multi-year vision for the adult evening school and apprenticeship programs.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with employers, labor organizations, economic-development agencies, workforce boards, and postsecondary institutions.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, security, safety, and after-hour use of the school/site.

Education

Master’s degree in educational leadership or related field

Minimum of five years of successful leadership experience in education
