TAS Energy, a Houston-headquartered company, is seeking an Electrical Lead to direct teams responsible for assembly, test, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical and controls systems and sub-assemblies. The role includes installing MCCs, control panels, wiring, lighting, and safety compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Applicants should have at least five years of related factory experience and be proficient in reading electrical drawings and leading teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of related factory experience.
• Experience reading electrical drawings and supervising a work crew.
• Familiarity with NEC; IEC or other standards a plus.

Mansioni

• Interpret electrical engineering drawings and communicate requirements to work teams.
• Identify and report discrepancies on electrical and control drawings.
• Troubleshooting of electrical and controls systems.
• Ensure project schedule milestones are met.
• Ensure all quality requirements are met and that required quality documentation is properly completed.
• Perform coaching of the work team to ensure all cost, quality and schedule requirements are met.
• Insure all employees adhere to prescribed safety program requirements.
• Report defective material or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
