You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and work closely with clients and authorities to deliver high-quality public and private projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills.
• Licensed Vermont Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Experience with local/state permitting requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D; HydroCAD a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage site/civil projects from scoping through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Develop project scopes, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee and mentor engineering staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare and review site layouts, grading, utilities, erosion control, and site details.
• Design stormwater management systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with municipal staff and attend public meetings.
• Support reports and permit applications; assist BD efforts and client relationships.
