Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 5+ years of experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects.
• Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals.
