Job summary

Robert G. Campbell and Associates seeks a Land Development / Site Civil Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead site design efforts on residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will work with clients to navigate regulatory and site challenges and oversee project teams to deliver high-quality result.

The role emphasizes independent work on project requirements, strong technical and interpersonal skills, and collaboration with a growing team at RGC&A.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• PE licensure in NC/SC/TN or reciprocity eligibility.
• Extensive site design experience including grading, drainage and erosion control.
• Proficient in Civil CAD software and stormwater modeling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project execution including technical, financial, client coordination and permitting.
• Prepare proposals with project schedules and fees.
• Assigns and directs staff efforts and approves timesheets.
• Leads and mentors design professionals to grow the site development team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
• Oversee construction administration: meetings, site visits and RFIs.
• Interface with clients and provide periodic project status.
• Actively manage quality control and project financials.
• Maintain profitability goals and client relationships.
• Market the Firm’s services to new and existing clients.
• Manage and maintain CAD standards and file systems.
