Robert G. Campbell and Associates (RGC&A) is seeking an enterprising individual with high technical and interpersonal skills to be a key performer on our site design team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial sites, allowing professional and personal growth. The team works directly with clients to navigate regulatory and site challenges for successful project completion.
This position can involve up to 8 hours per day in an office. Travel and client meetings are required, with occasional standing and walking. The employee may occasionally lift lightweight office supplies and materials, typically not exceeding 20 pounds. The office environment is indoors, with controlled temperatures and minimal exposure to adverse conditions. Employees must have the ability to visually discern details and colors of objects, recognize sound, tone, and pitch, and have clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. The role demands adaptability to interruptions and changes in workflow, as well as the capacity to sit for extended periods.
The RGC&A offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, allowing an unpaid hour for lunch daily. Work schedules may vary according to project schedule and deliverables. The position is primarily onsite, reporting to a RGC&A office five days per week. Work-from-home is an option depending on a variety of factors.
