Placements24 is seeking a Senior Site Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a major facility in Queenstown. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of cleaners, ensures highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety, and coordinates daily schedules to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in cleaning or janitorial work, with two years in supervision, strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and excellent communication and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in cleaning or janitorial roles, with at least 2 years supervising.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Understanding health and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Familiarity with Eastern Cape environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
