Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Land Development Director for Civil Site Design in our Kentucky operation (Glasgow, Louisville, Lexington or Owensboro offices). This full-time role involves client coordination, strong communication, and overseeing projects from notice to proceed to closeout.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost estimating, specifications, and supervision of engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

BS in Civil Engineering.
KY PE license required.
15+ years of experience or related experience.
Proficiency in oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

Responsible for successful completion of assigned engineering projects.
Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct completion of projects; contact with clients.
Determine staffing needs; hire, train, manage personnel.
Establish and maintain quality and accuracy standards; review and approve plans.
Take active role in new business development.
Assist with project scope and technical writeups for proposals.
Oversee invoicing and collection of payments from clients.
