Job summary

Carollo Engineers in Florida is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site design, stormwater and permitting for water infrastructure projects. You will manage multi-discipline teams, review drawings and calculations, coordinate with clients and regulators, and mentor junior engineers.

A PE license and 10+ years of civil/site experience are preferred. This is an on-site role across multiple Florida locations, offering a path to lead major projects and advance in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; PE licensed preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of directly relevant civil/site development, stormwater, and permitting experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage junior staff and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil design including layout, piping, grading, drainage, and stormwater infrastructure.
• Oversee calculations, drawings, and specs for facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Perform stormwater hydraulic calculations/modeling and integrate results into design.
• Coordinate permitting for site development and treatment facilities.
• Review subconsultant work and provide quality control.
