Actalent in Houston is seeking a Lead Site-Civil Engineer to drive site-civil design for industrial and power infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate civil work with other disciplines, review design deliverables, and support regulatory compliance.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 12+ years of site-civil experience, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency. PE licensure is encouraged, with opportunities for mentoring and growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 12 years of civil engineering experience focused on site-civil design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Experience with grading, earthwork, drainage, stormwater, roadway design, and permitting is essential.
• Progress toward professional engineering licensure and experience with environmental permitting or industrial sites are noted as pluses.

Responsibilities
