Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager for a remote role. You will lead study start-up and site activation, coordinating sponsors, investigators, and global teams to deliver timely, compliant trials.

You will mentor team members, contribute to process improvements and support business development through proposals and budgets. Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field or equivalent clinical research experience.
• 7+ years CRO/pharma start-up, project or site management experience.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee study start-up and site activation activities for assigned projects.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet milestones and budget.
• Analyze site activation metrics, identify risks, implement mitigations.
• Coordinate site qualification, selection, regulatory, and essential documents.
• Communicate status, timelines, risks, and outcomes to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure tracking, budgeting, and change-management compliance for activation activities.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, bid defense, and business development.
• Mentor Site Activation Managers and help develop SOPs and best practices.
• Ensure ICH GCP compliance and regulatory alignment throughout lifecycle.
