Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced UAT/SIT Test Manager to lead and coordinate System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for key commercial banking initiatives in Buffalo, NY. You will oversee testing activities, write business requirements and test artifacts, and collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIT/UAT Test Management or Test Coordination.
• Experience within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services.
• Able to create and document business requirements, test scripts, and test cases.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SIT and UAT testing activities across multiple project workstreams.
• Develop, review, and maintain business requirements, test plans, scripts, cases, and scenarios.
• Work with stakeholders, PMs, developers, and QA to define testing strategies and timelines.
• Facilitate test execution, defect tracking, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Ensure testing deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate test data preparation and environment readiness activities.
• Conduct requirement reviews and ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Identify project risks, testing gaps, and mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
