Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation seeks a Senior Simulator Operator to join our LO ISR mission planning team at Creech AFB, NV. You will create GPS mapping tiles, develop high-fidelity simulation scenarios, and run simulators for training and testing with external injects to support mission planning.

Requirements include extensive flight mission planning, LO and Air Defense systems experience, and Top Secret/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility. The role is on-site at Creech AFB, NV.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4.5 years of flight mission planning experience within the last two years.
• Six years of experience with Air Defense Systems, EW and related capabilities.
• Demonstrated operator experience with airborne LO mission planning software in the last two years.
• LO operational experience through direct support, test or training environments within the last two years.
• Top Secret/SCI w/SAP/SAR eligibility and United States work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify simulation scenarios to provide high-fidelity training for RQ-170 crews.

Job Description

Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI) is seeking a Senior Simulator Operator to join our high performing team.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $125,000- $150,000.

Duties include:

• Create, modify, and manage Global Positioning System (GPS) mapping tiles and targets for virtual landscaping and sensor targeting requirements.
• Create and modify simulation scenarios using Extended Air Defense Simulator (EADSIM), or current simulation tools, to provide high-fidelity training for RQ-170 crews.
• Operate and manage simulators for training and test purposes. Duties will include providing white force and external injects to scenarios
• Maintain proficiency with mission planning process and manage simulator mission plans and scenarios
• Support mission planners with Order of Battle information from the simulation scenarios and assist with the building of mission plans, as required.
• Liaise with the System Program Office (SPO), staff, other DoD organizations, and mission planning experts to remain current on LO ISR system capabilities, developments and initiatives in order to best advise unit leadership, tacticians, test directors, program managers and mission planners on policies, positions, plans and execution.
• Advise and recommend options to manage and improve LO ISR mission planning processes and procedures, efficiency and effectiveness, equipment capabilities and training requirements at each post- mission debrief.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to unit-led LO ISR related exercises, tests, experimentation and table top events contributing to the sustainment and modernization of LO ISR assets and associated infrastructure.
• Provide advisory expertise in the overall development, planning, establishment, and implementation of a LO ISR mission planning training program.
• Provide SME support to provide input and changes to mission qualification, continuation training, and FTU course syllabi.
• Provide support to program management reviews, human machine interface, mission planning and other working groups, conferences.
• Assistwith monitoring the state of health of Program Security and make suggestions for improvements as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Possess a minimum of four and a half years of experience flight mission planning and utilizing mission planning systems for military weapon systems within the last two years. Experience with LO mission planning is desirable, but not required.
• Possess six years of experience with Air Defense Systems, Electronic Warfare and other national, international and theater-level threat system capabilities, developments and initiatives as they pertain to mission planning.
• Possess demonstrated operator experience with airborne LO mission planning software within last two years.
• Possess LO operational experience through direct support, test or training environments within the last two years.
• Required: Top Secret/SCI w/SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
