Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with HIL integration and test equipment.
• Proficiency in a relevant programming language such as C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD and local GitLab runners.
• Experience designing and developing simulations and automated test and verification pipelines.
• Understanding of systems engineering, interfaces, test traceability, and verification and validation practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• U.S. Person status required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑fidelity software simulations, models, stubs, and emulators.
• Integrate hardware including compute, sensors, actuators, interfaces, and test equipment into HIL environments.
• Troubleshoot communication and interoperability issues across CAN, SPI, TCP, Iridium, Cell, and WiFi interfaces.
• Translate system requirements and interface definitions into traceable integration, regression, and acceptance test cases.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks, test harnesses, reusable test libraries, reporting pipelines, and diagnostics toolchains.
• Collaborate with DevOps to design, create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including test orchestration, environment management, artifact handling, result publication, and pipeline reliability.
• Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, firmware, production and quality teams to investigate complex failures and improve product quality.
