Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, is seeking engineers for the AD&S Group 5 Simulation team to build scalable simulation infrastructure that enables ML model training and robotics performance evaluation. You will work on cloud-based ETL pipelines and tooling to automate simulation environments for rigorous testing.

The role demands strong experience in autonomous systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and the ability to deploy simulation tools in mission-critical settings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in autonomous systems, aerospace, robotics, or other mission-critical domains.
• Extensive experience developing simulation tools and infrastructure for leading commercial AV companies.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of their core services.

Responsibilities

• Scaling simulation infrastructure for training ML models / quantifying robotics performance
• Cloud-based ETL pipeline infrastructure (Spark, Flyte, Airflow)
• Automated / generative simulation environments for robotics testing
• Developing Python tooling for simulation infrastructure / orchestration
