Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is looking for a Principal SIM Operations Engineer to support operations at Edwards AFB, California. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in related engineering disciplines, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Responsibilities include simulation event planning, execution, and troubleshooting during events. The position requires an active Secret security clearance, and familiarity with relevant software like NGTS and DIADS is desired.

• 8+ years’ experience in related engineering discipline.
• Experience with test operations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in simulation event planning process.
• Translates customer requirements into requirements for simulation scenarios.
• Executes simulation start procedures.
