Job summary

Wipro Limited in California is seeking an experienced Silicon System Validation Engineer to join the Reality Labs group. You will validate high performance System-on-Chip platforms, develop FW tooling, and collaborate across HW/SW/FW to ensure quality silicon delivery.

The role requires hands-on bring-up, 3+ years in embedded or firmware, proficiency in Python and C, familiarity with JTAG, and the ability to work in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or relevant field.
• 3+ years of embedded systems or firmware development experience.
• Experience with Python and C programming; knowledge of debugging FW/baremetal code.

Responsibilities

• Develop SoC and end-to-end system validation plans and execute them.
• Develop FW tooling for debugging and validation.
• Perform test execution and debugging across HW/SW/FW components.
• Conduct power and performance characterization on pre-silicon and post-silicon boards.
• Create diagnostic/validation tools to test firmware functionality, performance and reliability.
• Adapt validation plans in an agile environment as roadmaps change.
