Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Silicon and System Product Lead to drive market analysis through to product delivery. You will guide silicon and system feature development, collaborating with architects, designers and marketing to ship industry-leading GPUs and SoCs.

The role requires deep expertise in silicon-level performance, power and validation, with a track record in New Product Introduction and cross-functional leadership. Location: Santa Clara, CA; equity and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE/CE/CS or equivalent.
• 12+ years in product performance & power evaluations.
• Experience with system-level features, product binning methods, optimization techniques, data analysis and statistics.
• Experience with new product introduction and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive product performance and power targets, trade-off features/configurations and provide innovative solutions to complex silicon and system-level problems.
• Evaluate new market segments and translate market requirements to engineering problem statements and metrics.
• Innovate performance, power, yield and quality optimizations and features for GPU/SoC products spanning gaming, automotive, datacenter and DL/AI.
• Develop methodologies and requirements for multi-functional teams to drive silicon and system product features to production.
• Incorporate productization feedback to improve the next generation.
• Lead the team for feature requirements and schedule from architecture to silicon phase of projects.
• Work with system architects, marketing, chip/board designers, HW/SW engineers, ATE, and sales to bring products to market.
