Arm is seeking a senior-level Operations Product Delivery professional in the San Jose area to lead end-to-end execution of next-generation physical AI platform programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across silicon, software, design and platform programs, driving cradle-to-grave delivery with flawless execution.

The role requires strong program management, systems thinking, and excellent communication to executives and stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior execution or technical program management experience.
• Deep SOC HW & SW design exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication to executives in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution orchestration of Arm’s next generation physical AI platform across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Identify, mitigate and prevent technical challenges across multiple disciplines to deliver a mass-production program.
• Own and clearly communicate schedule, program financials, risks and needs for executive audiences.
