NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an experienced PDE professional to lead the development and implementation of ATE test content for its product lines. You will manage project plans to align with market delivery timelines and collaborate with Foundry, Assembly, and Memory vendors to ensure flawless execution.

You will predict test durations, analyze characterization outcomes, and drive yields while coordinating with Supply and Demand programs to achieve top chip quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct PDE experience.
• Experience with ASIC mixed-signal build, characterization and BIST/SCAN DFT methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own development and implementation of ATE test content for the product line.
• Develop and maintain project plans to meet market delivery timelines.
• Predict test durations and analyze characterization outcomes to improve yields and reduce excess.
• Manage key vendor relationships with Foundry, Assembly and Memory vendors for flawless collaboration.
• Collaborate with Supply and Demand program management to meet chip quality targets.
