Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations, specifically Title 49 CFR Parts 214, 228, 233-236.
• Experience applying collective bargaining agreements within a heavily unionized environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and customer contracts.
• Lead safety programs and initiatives for signal system maintenance.
• Manage assigned employees and oversee preventive maintenance and testing.
• Prepare KPI analyses and incident reports as required.
