Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s 5+ years OR PhD 3+ years.
• Deep understanding of signal processing fundamentals including filter design and statistics.
• Experience with ML-based development, including dataset annotation, model development, system validation, and deployment in production software environments.
• Understanding of cardiac pacing, mapping, ablation, and body impedance measurements.
• Hands on R&D experience, working with custom/prototype hardware.
• Proficiency with Linux software development; Python and C++ proficiency.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment; strong teamwork.
• Interest in cardiac electrophysiology.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and test signal processing algorithms as high‑reliability production code for a medical device.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering on electronics and firmware to support signal processing needs.
• Manage signal processing pipelines within Affera software products.
